Alanna and Jeff were married in a perfect ceremony right on the grounds of The Barns, with a cocktail hour and reception to follow. I’m not going to go on and on about how amazing all of my couples are, or how incredibly blessed I feel each and every time I get to be part of these amazing unions…….cause I’m sure you’re all out there thinking “Everyone can’t be that awesome…..who gets this life?”! Ummmmm MEEEEE!
Alanna and Jeff have been best friends forever. They actually had been best friends for years when they set out on a back packing trip through Europe where they fell in love! I’m not sure of what part of the day was the major highlight for me, but it would have to be a toss up between listening to the the conviction in their voices as they exchanged vows (which they each wrote themselves), Alanna’s Dad reading Good Night Moon during his toast to Alanna and Jeff, or Alanna’s mom reading some kindergarten journal entries from Alanna as she told stories of how she was going to be a princess and marry a prince when she grew up!
Ahhhhhh……Yes I have the best job in the world HANDS DOWN!!!!!

And of course the coverage of the guys……having a blast!

I love these two detail shots that Dorian grabbed.

I love the two shots below that Dorian got of Alanna and Jeff!

A detail board from Dorian and I

I love the shots below of Alanna dancing with her dad!

I learned pretty quickly after meeting Alanna and Jeff last year, that Jeff was very close with his mom and I just love these moments while they dance together!

Below is another example of how two people can see the same moment completely different, but equally awesome (don’t know if that’s the right way to say that!) I took the shot below of the dance floor from the balcony…..

And Dorian did a slow sync and pulled this shot out….I LOVE IT!!!!!

Here is a detail board of all of the dancing that Dorian captured!

While I was covering the ice cream and candy bar….(When I say “covering” of course I mean taking pictures!).

What is a wedding at the Barns without a little late night rendezvous in the tunnel?

And the ring shot on the cake topper….I just want to add that Alanna made these two elephants…..with her hands…..out of crayola modeling clay………SERIOUSLY????

Thank you again Alanna, Jeff, and of course the Zammett and Rodman families for making this day so awesome and making us feel welcome and at home!!!
