What an amazing wedding day for Catherine and Jose in Narragansett RI at The Towers!
Words can’t even begin to express my excitement in watching Catherine & Jose’ get married! From the first time I met Catherine, we hit it off. Then Dorian and I really got to know them during their engagement session back in December. From then, Catherine and I have been in touch quite a bit as her and Jose’ neared the end of the planning process for the wedding.
Catherine & Jose’ are both the kind of people we should all strive to be….courteous, thoughtful, open minded, free spirited, respectful, kind, and real. Their love is the kind of love we should all strive to have; understanding, forgiving, challenging, unwavering and withstanding. Getting to know these two over the last few months has changed my life for the better, and being a part of such a special union has truly been an honor! I love you both dearly and I’m so excited we get to be friends now!!!
K-enough of the mushy mushy….let’s talk about details and how GORGEOUS these two are? Completely stunning bride meets dapper groom…add in all the crazy visual eye candy, splash in laid back vibes and friends and family ready to party and you have an epic wedding day! Of course as usual I have Dorian Patrick from Dorian Mode Photography on drums! And let’s not for get the amazing talents of Mr. Jim Altieri from Vintage Cinema who covered videography for the day!
It all started at the Pelham Court Hotel in Newport
And of course Dorian was with the guuys and captured some great moments of what Jose and his groomsmen were up to!
A nice groom shot by Dorian and a twist on the typical bridal portrait from me!
Then we headed over to the Ochre Court Mansion for the first look!
I love this shot of Catherine and Jose’ on the trolly and getting ready to head over to the ceremony, but not before a toast and a refreshing drink!
and then there was the ceremony of course!
Check out the details here! Catherine & Jose’ had their flowers done by Careth Leining of Stem’s Floral Design, catering was brought to you by Blackstone Caterers and of course they choose an amazing venue in The Towers. This is a grouping of detail shots from Dorian and I both.
Also love this large room shot that Dorian got before the guests began to arrive…
a first for me…..a bride with not one but two designer gowns!!! Gotta love this girl! She surprised Jose’ with a wardrobe change right before their first dance and kicked of the reception in style!!!
I love these two shots below that Dorian got of Catherine and Jose’s first dance!
Some details of the cigar roller from Dorian!
At the end of the evening Catherine and Jose’ released wish lanterns with their bridal party! What an awesome way to end the evening!
Catherine and Jose’, thank you both from the very bottom of my heart! Dorian and I both loved taking these pictures and being such a big part of your wedding day!
