Our very good friends Tabitha and Kirk gave birth this past week to their first child, Miles Robert Arneson.  Well Kirk didn’t birth him, Tabitha did, but he was in on it!  I can’t begin to explain how excited Joe and I have been to see Tabitha and Kirk go through this phase in their lives.  Beginning a family and becoming a parent isn’t something you can explain to someone.  There is no handbook on how it’s done, and everyone’s experience is different.  Watching Tabitha and Kirk be with Miles and take care of him over the last week has been amazing.  They are both naturals! And Kirk and Tabitha have blessed our family (and their own) by sharing him with all of us!!!

These pictures are from Monday when he was born.  Tabitha was a bit camera shy, and not quite ready for the whole shabang, so I only got a few pictures (I didn’t want to over stay my welcome and get kicked out!)

There will be another post in the next few months after his baby session, but I wanted to get these few pictures up and share them with everyone!

The first couple are Kirk and Tab at our house a few days before Miles came.  They were enjoying some R-n-R by the bonfire!
