Joe and Ethan were in the Navy together many moons ago (MANY MOONS), and Cynthia and Ethan started dated right around the same time Joe and I did, so we all kinda became friends at that point.  Ethan and Cynthia are our oldest friends and over the years have become more like family than anything else.  We try to visit each other at least twice a year (they live in Chicago….and of course we are here in CT), but some years are better than others.  We met half way between Illinois and Connecticut….somewhere in Ohio for this years camping trip.  Cynthia and I had planned a family session for them somewhere in the middle of the trip.  It was pretty casual and laid back…..and of course, lots of fun.
